Workday is the digital version of hell π£
I applied for a job which used workday. I created an account, entered all my work info and it took nearly 21 minutes to complete everything. I clicked Submit. 60 seconds later I receive the email saying "After careful consideration we regret......" My only wish is that the product team that created workday should end up in hell and they should be asked to apply for jobs that use only Workday. I can't imagine a cruel torture than this.
Install a chrome extension called simplify. It records all your information and can then auto fill when you are submitting same details in workday

I don't think simplify works with workday

When I was job-hunting, I had decided that I would not apply to any company that used Workday. It's a colossal waste of time.
Lever and Greenhouse are the best.

Totally agree with your point. I am also facing the same issue whenever applying for a job..and this issue is not only with WD, but if you apply through any company career site.. nowadays days they are forcefully asking the candidate to fill out loads of details...and you keep going next..next before a final submission. Generally it takes all our history geography through the application...I don't understand why these companies are collecting all personal and professional details unnecessary and they are keeping in their record. Why does it require actually? It takes 15-20mins minimum to fill the details and end of the day... After careful consideration we regret ...... nowadays I fear to apply for any job for any company. The education system or minister should look into it seriously and take action on these companies.

Don't know how it's valued so much. Crazy that they make so much using a shitty product.
Another similar product but in a different domain or space which confuses me as to how it ever made money is ServiceNow with a convoluted early 2000s looking basic form used in bigger companies to track activities which go into some hell hole once you submit ππ
