hiring managers and interviewers lead the entire process of judging and suggesting what the interview and how they write feedback.
unfortunately from most of the feedbacks I have read and seen get through the focus on flaws is way higher than 10 points of positives.
Recruiter will have to follow what they are told.
eg - backfill role for a 9 yrs exp SSE who started in the role as a fresher - he was good in python, java and c++ due to the nature of his job.
expectation from hiring manager to find a person who is a SSE and is solid+ at all three. Never agreed for people who were good at two languages. despite all the efforts and showing data to let go of skills the HM never compromised. The role stayed open for more than a year. Later the HM changed and the role was broke into 2 dev roles and an SDET. The recruiter got a negetive rating for this role, until the new HM sorted it out.
