Your Manager has asked you to come office on-time.
If your manager messages you after you join Daily Scrum online, that "you're leading the team and you're not joining sync in office, how other under you will follow the same". What would be your reaction to this? How do you handle such situations? Keeping in mind that team is very small 10-20 people.

tbvf if I’m leading a pack of 20, i’ll damn make sure im on time. punctuality is my thing.
i don’t care about deadlines, i work on my own pace, if something is already decided & arranged, better be on time (like joining some meeting) there is literally no excuses for that.
at the same time, i don’t expect others to be on time, since everyone is processing the 2-5 min buffer period, but i dont like that personally!
Fair, after I’ve posted this, I gave a thought about this from his perspective it made sense to me.
But for some reason I felt discomfort because of him for not being flexible about these nicks. Afterall it’s a startup, I am flexible with my working hours and availability, joining daily scrum online once in a while shouldn’t be something to be pointed out. Or he could’ve phrased it in a better way then making a question on me
