Your Stand on WFO or WFH
Folks ,Please correct me if i am wrong favouring Work from home , instead of WFO, as quite many are in strong favor of WFO and their narrative is office bring collaborative, conducive/ fostering environment to professional growth as we are in constant engagement with our peers , attending seminars , bootcamps , events , games or any volunteer activities .Overall this transform our cognitive ability towards higher versioning of ourself ... What are you favouring for WFH or WFO ?
having worked in both modes over long term, I would say WFO is only good for the socialising part
Anyone who says productivity is higher in the office, is wrong. Got so much shit done while working from home.
