Can anyone help with Zepto's interview process for PMs? What is the main focus of the interview? What are the questions asked? How many rounds are there? HR wasn't very clear on the process.
A product manager has a key position in the company as he selects the range of products that the company should have in its portfolio. These products should be chosen based on customers’ needs and the company's goals. Here are some of the Zepto product manager interview questions listed below.

- What is the priority of product features that you look out for?
- Which are some product management software you have worked with in the past?
- What are some key skills required for an effective product manager?
These are some important questions that one should be familiar with, besides being well-versed with the key features of some industry-specific products.
They are just window shopping honestly. They short listed me for two positions and both pf the times the first round lasted for max 15-minutes. There was no detailed feedback even after multiple follow ups, interviews looked like they have been forced to take the interview.
