Zepto Tech work
I'll be joining as sde3 most probably in wallet, customer support or order management service. Can you someone from zepto help me about how's the work in these teams, people, overall wlb ( do you need to work always on weekends?) #zepto
Hi .. my partner works at zepto ..so I can answer your question from an outsider perspective... Work is a little bit tough compared to other startups as they are a fast growing company .. a dev has to work say from 10-8 and still there is some leftover to do at home... There are constant alerts, even on weekends ... Sometimes even at 3 am ... So honestly work-life balance is fucked... I guess the only good thing is they are willing to pay good
.expecially if you have competing offers ... Teams are good ..supportive.. very knowledgeable too .. so if you can hustle hard ..it's a good place ... But personal life will have turbulence for sure
