If someone can suggest me good pgs where i can stay and which will also be convenient for me to travel to office , that will be helpful. Also, are there safety concerns there? Is it a good time to buy a property in Bangalore? If we want to look for a good 3/4 BHK, which areas should we target? Also, what should be the budget we can consider, based on the current market?

My spouse and I have close to 95L to 1Cr in savings and investments. We can easily manage around 1Lac or more in EMI per month. Family can help more, it needed.
