A few tips and tricks on making a resumé/CV that I feel worked for me:

Do this:

  1. Context-Action-Result format: It's a cliched method, but more people need to know it. It makes your points suddenly super readable.
  2. Hooks: TBH, a recruiter sees only 3-4 things when they glance through the resume. These are your punches. Make sure you use your 'bolds' very very selectively. Just use them 5 times throughout. These should become what they ask you in your first call
  3. Simple language: Keep it simple, that's all
  4. Use Docsend: Track how your CV is opened and moved around once it's sent
  5. Only your current job and college matter. This is true for 80% of the resumes. Unless your current job sucks and your past job was your hero job. Do not spread space equally across 5 diff things.

Obvious stuff. But felt like writing it anyway. Hope it helps. Cheerios.
