How to find a mentor for career guidance in HR/People Management Consulting

While working in a company, how do I get to know if I am doing good work or not? How do I get to know that this work experience will be useful in the future to switch between companies?

After completing engineering I got a full time job opportunity in a logistic company as a business analyst. At the start everything was good but slowly I was pushed in the non technical department. Right now my majority of work consists of people's management. There is no technical aspect left in my job role and neither am I learning anything. After spending 02 years in the company I learned nothing. After realising my mistake I started learning SQL and then I've planned to learn Tableau as I have an inclination towards Data Analytics but due to my toxic job I can't focus on things. Also I can't leave the current job as I am having the responsibilities of my family. Seeing my friends succeeding in their job really makes me anxious. Also I can't apply for jobs in service based companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture etc. as I'm having 4 years educational gap after class 10 due to financial issues. My father lost his job so I was helping my father who was working in a local groceries shop during that time.

I'm an associate product developer with over 3 years of experience. I previously worked with Java, Spring Boot, and Docker but left due to a poor work culture. For the past 2 years, I've been with my current organization, but the technology stack here is outdated, and I was misled about working on Java. I don't see growth opportunities and feel disconnected from modern technologies. How can I prepare to switch to roles involving Java and Spring Boot?

Hi All Currently I've 3.2 years experience in Accenture as a SAP MM consultant mean while I've completed ma MBA in Information system Management.. Looking forward for opportunities outside I've been working in Maintenance project and while attending interview most of the companies are looking for Implementation project experience. Can some one guide meh should I stay in SAP MM consultant and keep trying the opportunities or can change to MBA related jobs.

I have been a technical consultant for more than 14 years and have been playing a lead role for the last 7 years. I am uncertain about which role to pursue in the future. I'm torn between choosing a path to becoming a manager or continuing to work in technical roles. I've tried switching jobs, but the expectations outside are intimidating to me.
