Healthy snacking!
Recommend me some healthy snacks that you like and have it daily. I’m trying to lose weight. But I always feel hungry. And I end up eating a packet of chips. Help needed.
Maybe it stuff that won’t make feel hungry?

I mix 🥜 (roasted & unsalted) and roasted(unsalted) chana, both with skins. At first, you might not like the taste, but it grows on you.

Have started making 1 min cakes with 1 scoop protein powder, not as tasty as maida cake, but nice enough to get started with (I add chocolate syrup & 1 tsp oil and no sugar, helps keep the cake protein heavy)
