What should I ask my manager’s manager?
Recently started at my new job, and have my first ‘catch up’ with my manager’s manager. I know this is little to no context, but any general questions I should ask during this 1:1? I definitely need to make a good impression, especially considering the current climate. Thanks!
Try talking about the project that is super important in the upcoming months (Ice breaker), any trends they are bullish on in your sector (assuming fintech, talk about rbi regulations and stuff)
Entirely depends whether your manager likes doing small talk or not. Some of them are sharp shooters, you’ll know the temperature of the room, as soon as you start talking with them
