sharing my siblings experience in job search

Hey Folks, Since I come from software engineering background so looking for some help from you all. One of my friend has about 6yr of experience working as Senior DataScientist and he is pretty good at the work. I see him continuously brushing up with almost latest things happening in ML space. He is now looking for job switch but struggling to get interview call and not able to clear rounds for scheduled interviews. Something is going off in his case, dont know what. I really want to help him so Pls help me with this question - 1. What are the companies hiring for DS2 or Senior DS role for now? 2. What is the expectation from a Data Science candidate in the interviews? 3. What are the popular interview questions that are being asked these days? 4. If possible please share your recent interview questions. This would be really helpful to all other folks as well who are preparing and are in the same route

Since the start of this month, I have been applying for different opportunities but haven't received a response from any of them. I am currently a backend developer with 3.5 years of experience at a Fortune 30 company and have been promoted for two consecutive years. I also don't want to use referrals right now because I'm completely unprepared. If you are in job hunt please share your experience.

Hey I'm jobless desperate in getting placed in any of the start ups I've done my graduation via distance education in 2018 passed out with 7.1 cgpa ( a lil backdrop - failed in 12 due to family issues has to quickly start working on general stores through friend climbed up the corporate ladder) im skilled with excel and cbap and have 4 years of experience into operations and client services Simultaneously upskillin with powerr bi n SQL Please please I'm the only dependant in my family need a job based on the above requirements on immediate basis.

Hi All, This post is for my close friend. He is a Senior IOS Developer with over 7 Years of work-ex in SWIFT, CoCoa and Objective C. Current CTC - 23 His company has announced mass layoffs throughout the organization. He cannot sit idle as he has multiple financial responsibilities and people dependant on him. He has given 2 interviews now for Microsoft, Walmart, but not selected in 2/3 Rd rounds. Not getting calls now even after applying and connecting with HR and referrals in MNC's also. (Probably because of the current market conditions) Need advice on what we should do next as time is running out as well as patience. Also any leads would be appreciated. Hi everyone , its been 1 month since i hv started my job search . I hv taken refs also but nothing is happening neither i am getting calls nor test links. My exp is 2+ my company is a series f startup and has recently laid off and i am completely tensed . Plz suggest some advice . I am a backend engineer.
