Advice before attending Razorpay-FTX

I am here in the event right now and completely blown away with the innovation and work Razorpay is putting in. 100% bullish with what they are building and the way they are doing it. Saw their new AI called Razorpay Ray, really good and with all the people from RBI, and other officials speak I think Razorpay is pretty well prepared for issues that Paytm is facing today. Full disclosure: I'm currently in a service based company, but want to venture into the fintech world and eventually join a fintech product company in the lines of Razorpay, PayU, etc. But being from the service industry, that too from a small non-popular startup, has been a main blocker. Recently I got an opportunity to join a not-so-popular but well-thriving crypto exchange. Will joining this company help me to eventually transition to fintech domain in future ?

Working at major finance company trying to be a fintech Currently at PMO role of their fintech app .have two years of experience in the same. Suggest me roles where I could switch

I've received two job offers and could use some advice on which one to choose. Current: Software Engineer II CTC: Around 12 LPA YOE: Almost 3 years. Offer 1: Product Development Engineer II, Razorpay Offer 2: Software Engineer, Pluralsight Both offers are in the range 18 LPA to 24 LPA and Pluralsight is the higher offer in terms of CTC. Also they seem to have more employee benefits compared to razorpay. Which offer seems more appealing based on the role, WLB, company outlook, growth etc. Also a bit skeptical about the PDE II role at Razorpay because they mention that PDE II individuals can only advance to SDE 2 after being promoted to SDE 1 first, and then to SDE 2.

Should I join Razorpay on agile geeks payroll for 6 months and then Razorpay will take over ? I have ntt data offer too Which one should join ?
