Salary bracket for Senior Manager

Dear experts, May I please know the salary bracket for a senior manager in EY or PWC? I have been offered as below. Need expert advice in choosing the offers. EY - 37 lakhs fixed + 3.7 lakhs joining bonus + 5 lakhs bonus it’s more like variable pay PWC - 40 lakhs fixed + 2 lakhs joining bonus + 10% bonus Designation- Senior manager YOE - 13

What is the salary range of senior consultant and manager position in EY? Want to get an idea on this.

Manager in EY GDS BC consulting or KPMG Global Services earn around 32-38 LPA (correct me if I am wrong) I have seen Senior Consultants and Consultants in PwC AC Bangalore and Deloitte USI or Accenture (management consulting teams) earn 30-36 LPA fixed Why is there a huge pay difference? Is it because of the rate cards of the delivery centers? Or due to the talent that they recruit?

Folks from Accenture and EY GDS please let me know which position will be better senior consultant 2 at EY GDS or SDE Lead at Accenture in terms of career growth and compensation in future. I really need some expert advice. I'm currently working at EY GDS as a Senior Consultant in SAP EWM, with a fixed salary of 22.4 LPA. I have good work and a good work-life balance. I've received an offer to switch to Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant with a fixed salary of 32 LPA. Is it advisable to move to Accenture Strategy, considering Accenture hasn't given any salary hikes in the past two years and their variable pay isn't as competitive compared to EY GDS?

Hi Guys, I have cleared 3 rounds of interviews with EY GDS and i feel i have a good chance of getting selected. How much realistic salary i can expect / ask ? i have 16 years of experience.
