Designation vs Organization
Seeing both kind of orgs where the requirement for a particular level/designation are starkly different. While looking for the next move it’s becoming difficult to understand if it’s better to take a lower grade at a bigger org at similar pay or should not compromise on designation as it will also determine your next step. Anyone else observed the same?
Work you can be proud of > Pay > name of a company
Oh also good coffee machine.. none of that instant shit…
Underrated criteria.
Not all the x>y>z thing but the coffee. If the company doesn't have good coffee it's not worth working for.
