Hey folks, just wanted to know how are you all taking care of your mental health on a daily basis and stuff that can be incorporated in your daily routine.

As pointed out by others - atleast 7-8 sleep, less spicy and preferrably veg diet, healthy habbit, avoiding toxic friends and relatives, taking reponsibilty for failure and setbacks and chosing difficult option over easy cheap thrills , stop procastatination and starting small impactful changes to life, self reflaction in solitude, not being ambitious but strive to live a simple life, not comparing yourself with others, helping others out of compassion within your capacity , not falling into the trap of drugs, porn or using excessive social media basically doing a dopamine detox

Vipassana (Meditation technique taught by buddha himself ) meditation is one thing Which I am practicing from years It really helps. Search about it on YouTube.

If someone is not clinically depressed then,
Being busy does the job, just maintain a healthy lifestyle.
7-8hr sleep
Exercise
Clean food
Some hobbies
Time with friends family and like minded people.
Find your ikigai
And if it already fcked, then please don't do drugs and alcohol.

Talk it out - partner, parent, friends - anyone atleast once a day.
