1. Ways to invest in REIT
2. Return expectations and tenure
3. Whether REITs actually serve as a hedge to equity and high interest scenarios (as advocated)
4. Any other consideration that I should keep in mind before investing.

I am not looking at a large ticket investment, want to invest 1-2 lacs as a retail investor.
