About Accenture selection mail

I have an interview with Accenture on the 13th of July. It has been more than a month now, and I have almost lost hope. Is there any chance of still getting selection mail? How long does the selection process generally take in Accenture? Should I just give up hope?

Depending on the job roles mostly, the recruitment team of Accenture reaches out to the candidates. If you have relevant work experience and you’ve completed the HR interview, you will get the mail in about 15 days or more. However, if you are a fresher, it takes a month or more to get back to you with a selection mail. At Accenture, generally, you don’t receive a rejection mail. Also, if you had the final round of interviews with the HR where he/she mostly talks about your salary package, benefits, holiday working hours and more, the possibility of you getting the job is higher. After speaking to the recruiter only you can get a fair idea of whether you are selected for the job role or not. If you still feel anxious, you can send a follow-up mail to the recruiter stating your concern. If you hear back from them then it's good. If not, then instead of waiting for the mail, you can apply for the same or different job roles in other companies.
