Buy Economics times, specifically on Monday. You will get a separate edition of ‘Wealth’ . They do a good analysis. Decide your goal as suggested by @MomoMan and then invest.
Usually deciding on goals is important. Index Funds are easy to understand and it could be a good starting point.

Have a look at Dezerv, Stack, Liquide, Salt. You can look at varied opinions and take a call
