Advisory Solution Advisor package in Deloitte

I have accepted the offer from Deloitte USI of 11 LPA as fixed for ASA role. I have 3 YOE. Am I being underpaid here? If yes, can anyone suggest if I can re-negotiate with HR to provide me more. I was expecting somewhere around 14- 15 LPA as fixed. My current CTC is 7 LPA fixed in EY GDS

Good is YoE6 Average is YoE4 And it should be fixed compensation part.

Therefore, for your case considering 3 YoE, it should be at least 12LPA fixed. Now remember, always the professional way to re-negotiate is to showcase higher offer from better organisations through which you would establish your market value and market competitiveness.

Please acquire better offers and negotiate on the last week of your notice period, this way they will not be able to find alternative candidates immediately and forced to give you higher offer with their at most high limits.
