Ai, machine learning or management

I have 10+ years of experience and I am lead level. I was not open for managerial position. Now I am feeling stuck at one place. I am thingking of getting post graduation/ adanvced cource in either AI or machine learning. Or should I go for management course. Plesse guide.

You can go for executive MBAs from top universities while parallely completing certification courses on Gen AI. Opportunity cost will be lesser than doing a full time mba after having 10+ years of experience
