Air Pollution in Delhi - Hazardous health impact.

After living in Delhi NCR for 10y, I left for my hometown in covid and then switched to Bangalore.

How is situation now?

400+ aqi is way too much. Like smoking 20 🚬 daily. Very deep consequences on health especially respiratory system.

Most of this is happening due to vehicular pollution and construction dust.

Mumbai pollution levels also shot up because of similar reason and we don’t even have a crop burning neighbour.

Aaj Greater Noida gya tha. Ye white poison ne 10 minute me chest me tightness krdi.

Not sure if it was a respiratory issue. Or anxiety from fear of having respiratory issue. 😂
