Am looking for a mentor
Hi everyone,
I am working from last 5 years. I would say that I am slightly above average engineer. I planned for job switch, but couldn't stick to prep, it's mostly on and off. I am hoping someone from this amazing community could help me keep accountable for it. I tried things like preplaced and all but I didn't find it helpful. From my experience and observations, if and when you really want to switch then only you will prep.
Otherwise regardless of a good mentor or study buddy to hold you accountable, after a while you will be again in the same situation.
And by that you will be disrespecting the time and efforts of those people too.
So whenever you are serious enough you can find mentors from any platform of your choice.
