I don't have offer of Amazon was just curious why they are on a hiring spree?
They just hire to fire...simple.... Lots of politics within the company and team. You gotta be nodding your head for everything your supervisor says whether you like it or not, if you wanna survive there else if you oppose your put into pip again and again till they have you fired.
