From today, you need to invest 2L per month giving you a 24% CAGR over 10 years to hit that number.

If you invest 50K a month, 12% return, 10% increase every year. 2.3 Cr ish.
I started with same base pay in 2017. Got married, travelled alot, got insane raises and hikes and invested without compromising lifestyle. All in all after 7 years the networth is 3cr, accounting for the fact 2020-22 was an outlier in terms of salaries, i really doubt if u can make 10cr in 10 years.
You'll need real luck.
10cr will not be worth the same of course as today, due to inflation - but you can of course achieve it if you are willing to risk it. Bigger the risk, bigger the chance of hitting the number.

I would suggest move abroad for 3-5 years. I have 7YoE as software engineer. For first 5.6 years, my savings/investments was 40L. I moved to Dubai in early 2022. My investment/saving will be 1.5 Cr by this year end. I live frugal lifestyle. I have 80L INR besides in ESOP but that’s zero now so don’t believe in too much on ESOP. I do SIP in MF regularly and that’s how I invested since 2017.
Why the rush? Why can’t you let compounding do its thing and trust the process? 10CR in 15-20 years is much more realistic and achievable, as compared to 10.
