In advanced stage of interviews with Antara Senior Care (Max Health Group). Does anybody know how the team and culture is?

Another round of interview after collecting documents and 3 previous rounds
How should I interpret it? I have already had 3 rounds of interview, the HR had already requested for documents but now they come back asking for another round of interview with CSO. I had already interviewed with CPO and a product manager along with a tech round.

Probably it is because the CSO is a crucial decision maker and he is not approving it without seeing you once. Usually such interviews are very straight forward.
Expect very simple questions - your way of responding to them will be checked. Questions like " sometimes you might have to work on weekends is it fine" may come. So your response will be checked.

Actually it was 4 rounds the HR round was also done prior to asking for documents
