Any founders with experience setting up in the US?

Thinking of moving my startup to the US to make it more attractive to US investors. Was wondering if anyone has direct experience or even knowledge of other startups that did this before.

Brilliant, thank you! What was your primary reason to setup in the US? Did you setup a subsidiary in India? If yes, did you look into a reverse setup where the subsidiary is in the US and the HQ is in India? I beleive that's what Kissflow did. Do you have employees in India?

For fundraising, USA is still the preferable jurisdiction. Investors like an American company. HQ is US. We do have employees in india only. For more details I'd be happy to chat elsewhere.
