Hey everyone, any leads on house(2 BHK or 3BHK) for rent near Chennai One IT SEZ Park for family, near thoraipakkam, velacherry, madipakkam, taramani, thiruvanmayur. Not able to find in nobroker all under 20k rent per month. Please provide any leads if you know. Thanks in advance

I have friends doing 25 for 2 BHK - no chance you're getting a 3 for lower than 20. Have to recalibrate expectations, the rental market in Chennai is rough.
I'd suggest going through a broker, most entries on NoBroker were either old or tough for me to get in touch with
