Hello. Is there any MoEngage PM here ? Wanted to ask about interview experience.
I am in MoEngage Product team. They generally have 4 rounds - 1st,2nd round with Product team members, 3rd one is someone from Engg and 4th generally with Head of Product
My experience was overall good and hence decided to join. Do let me know if you have anything specific questions I can help with

The product leadership at Moengage is a joke. Very arrogant and have a “I’m the best” air about them. Got some good ICs who work hard, but the leadership is clueless with the direction they want to take. But they got good pay.

Can your share your experience? How was it?
I think total 3 rounds were there (last year I gave this interview)
First round was pretty much straightforward (with a SPM)
Q- Favourite product, why, what you want to improve, prioritise, followed with metrics to measure the success of changes
2nd round with (head PM maybe) - not good experience
Q - on previous experience, clients handled, and mostly on number of users handled by the product
On tools used for analytics and on some decision making, stakeholder management, client management
The interviewee was very arrogant and skeptical about business degrees and why PM should never listen to their engineering and specially design team. Was not interested in taking interview, maybe they already had a candidate in mind 😂
I had mild disagreements on second interview, so Ofcourse I know I won’t be selected
