I listed an event on BMS once, they have a weird platform with one dash for payments and another for ticket management. Pretty bad UI UX on the client side even though the customer end is pretty good.
Seems like maybe their platform wasn't prepared for such an inflow of bookings.
Surprisingly I was able to book the ticket for India New Zealand with Mastercard slot
Come the match and you can pay big buck at stadium in black market for tickets.

Bookmyshow took a terrible decision to introduce queues. And those queues are working like a priority queue. My waiting time increases then decreases then does random stuff.
