Any suggestions for Upskill in Business Analytics?

I used to work as a Business Analyst, currently working as Senior Data Analyst. I want to go back towards the business side only. Any suggestions on what are new skills to add on in Sql, Python, Power bi, tableau and excel?? I was thinking of starting with databricks.

More soft skills than these tools and languages. SQL is a must. Py/R becomes an added benefit but may not be mandatory.

Most important is to be able to find the right metric to measure in a certain context

That I have in me. Giving the correct metric with proper outcome. Not getting a proper role though. Few companies expect to know ML or the other techniques to analyse data which I never get exposure to.

Yeah such companies do exist. But unfortunately there's no specific skill in market wrt ML that is expected from a BA. One company may expect you to be good with modelling on X ML models while other company may expect Y.

Btw A/B testing is another skill you should add if don't have already
