Any suggestions to build a portfolio project in Android Native(Kotlin)?

I am an Android Dev, and I haven't had a good portfolio project in Android. I want to have a good project to showcase the Android native skills to make my profile look strong for switching the job. If anyone knows what I can build using my Native Android skills, which will demonstrate all the knowledge. Please share your views and ideas 💡. Thanks :)
