Too much noise already… what is missing? Quality cinema is hard to find
What does this mean
A lot of content is being created .. most of it is sub-standard.: what are you trying to solve ? What gaps do you see in media/entertainment industry?
I interned at a startup, the guy was an actor himself and he used to run a talent agency. He was trying to build something around the talent management part. I left the startup, he wasn't paying me lol.
That is wrong. Most mid market actors end up doing casting or talent management as a short term gig as you get to know so many agencies and casting folks yourself. But hope you are in a better place.
Yea, I am doing much better now. I guess that's just a perk of working at an really early stage startup, that was my internship so I didn't mind much. When I was working under an engineering manager it was all good but when he left the founder with no technical knowledge took over and used to drive the whole thing.
