Anyone know what’s happening with Lummo?

I heard about 2 weeks ago they were going to get shutdown or sold to some other company. Does anyone know what’s happening? I remember they had a decently sized tech team in Bangalore

Also heard from a fellow colleague , folks there are looking for a job, right from the engineers to the HR there ....they might shut shop
BTW, i also worked there ...got laid off in November ...
