Have been applying in various openings through referral but no calls yet.
My view - Senior software engineer for 2 year experience is the problem. That too from intern position. Atleast for folks in product based us companies. They get senior positions after 6-7 years of experience.( On - average)
I know role has nothing to do with experience.
All i can say is keep trying till you get it.
The role is our organisation is different it basically goes from Software Engineer -> Senior Software Engineer -> Lead Engineer (sde2). Should I write Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer separately?
