I have lost all hopes from appraisals. I think if you wanna gain hike in your package, just make a switch. What are your thoughts?
Why should you get a better pay this year than last year? Are you doing more shit? Are you more valuable to the company than last year?
There is something called adjusting for inflation.If salary is not increased as per inflation, it means your salary has degrown. This is for people who have worked as per or more than expectations.
In these times, if your company isnt firing you, feel grateful. Forget about feel sad for appraisal 😂
