What do you do for upskilling?
Software engineers having 1+ YoE working full-time (not internship), how do you folks upskill apart from regular work at the office?
I believe upskilling / sideskilling is extremely important to remain competant and relevant in the tech world.

What perks does your company provides for upskilling? Would love to hear your thoughts.
P.S.: My employer gives access to Udemy and Linkedin Learning + there are some regular Advanced DSA tests + Code Review Mentorship programs + lots of other mentorships + options to do part/full time M.Texh/PhD (many of these are performance dependent)
