HRs how do you feel after layoffs?
Although you become the face of layoffs and you have to abide by what's instructed, how do you personally feel after a event like mass layoff?
What steps do you take to avoid or minimise the impact in such cases?
Most of the queries asked here should be sorted easily if an HR can respond with their insights, but i rarely see any HR participating in discussions, maybe we don't have that many HR's here ?

maybe you folks want to stay the same as you are on the job, totally useless.
HRs don’t even respond to pings or emails and you want them to respond on GV

Make them answer on gunpoint and take help on demand as an entitled person ?

WFO- if you’re at entry level/early days of your career WFH- works for mid- senior folks
I don’t think they add any value but just keep seeking credit for others work.
