@President_Trump India already has some of the lowest number of people working in govt per capita. Judges in china are 300/million, India 21/million, similar for diplomats etc

Wrong comparison bro.. Judges and diplomats are not govt employees they are people servant's and no doubts their head count should be high even more than china. I am talking about the employees working in PSUs, JEs, AEs etc.
