How's the job safety in Accenture? How are the appraisals and hikes? What's the min and max percentage of variable actually paid to employees?
Safety: Best amongst major IT companies. Accenture operators on atleast 35% margin on each resource, making it easy for them to keep feeding people on bench ( if needed).
Appraisal and Hike : Depend on lots of factors, usually decent. Variable: At junior level they will give you very less, from TL and above becomes better. But still no one knows how much one will get, usually it will be either bad or okay , never exceptional.
