Also thoughts on 10% hike after an overall good performance in the FY.

I don’t know man the market is weird…I see design Managers with 10 yoe getting 30LPA and ICs with 7 yoe getting 70LPA. Totally depends on the company and their budget. Senior folks are ready to take a pay cut.
