Is Canada a good place to move for masters anymore.

my_qualification: B.Tech IT from tier-3 college. 70% I am 24 years old. I graduated in 2021 and had total 13 backlogs during UG and it took me 5 years to complete my degree. I am unemployed since my graduation and have been wasting my time on learning random things or multiple technologies at a same time. 2 months ago I decided to go to Canada for masters and my family supported me, my friend suggested me MS Data Science because he is Data Scientist in Canada. So, I gave IELTS in March and scored 7 band. Recently I had a talk with an Agency named Canam. And they suggested me to get Experience Letter + offer letter + LOR from employer + last 6 months payslip also Backlog Certificate from college but I don't have any of these things. What should I do in this situation? How should I move forward? How can I get my life on track? I'm just confused and not sure what should I do.

I have three younger cousins. They don't want to code. They have their clarity. They don't want to pursue any particular engineering stream as well. They want to get a decent paying job. Let's say 6-8 lpa start with a path to 15-20 lpa in 4-5 years. I tried advising them to not invest a lot of money and four years of time in engineering. Their family is average middle class financially. I told them that I'll advise you what all to learn like content writing, seo, data analytics etc. So do a simple course, save money and rather invest in something that matters for job. They did listen but did not get confidence to act. All three went for engineering stream. These are private colleges with tier 3ish names. Now they don't get time to put a lot of time because 8-4 is usually college time. Unlike tier 1,2 college where you get campus and a lot of freedom, the colleges usually have a lot of classes and compulsory 80% type attendance. Did you face similar situation? What did you advise? Do you think I was giving them right decision?

I'm currently working as a software engineer in India, with TC 45LPA and 2 years of experience. I'm thinking about applying for a Master's in CS in the USA for fall 2024. But I'm not sure if I want to settle there or not currently. Should I make the move considering things are going well in India? Getting a job directly in the US seems close to impossible. Any advice? I’ve total 4 years of experience in data engineering. I wanted to have on-site opportunities but in this market it’s not looking easy. ( Recently switched) So I’m thinking to utilise this time by pursuing masters from canada / aus. Do you guys think it’s safe to let go of the job and pursue msc?
