Is it a good time to switch? Will be joining a cohort, reading a few books, case studies, network to learn about PM and interview prep. My current CTC is 14.5LPA, will I have to take a pay cut if I start as PM? How difficult will the transition be?

Hello family, I am working as a Senior Data Analyst currently. I want to transition to Product management. Are the PM courses which are available in the market helpful? All the PM interviews, I had attended asked for relevant PM Experience. I have an MBA from IIM Rohtak. What is the best way? Please give your suggestion.
