Guys any idea why product management interns are paid low as compared to the Full time. While they're having high impact then their swe intern counter parts and more rigorous hiring cycle
Don't know how you're getting this impression but IMO product folks are the most overpaid bunch for doing so little whether interns or full time.
I'm not saying they are not important just stressing the overpaid part of it.
Jokes aside. But the product is one of the most stressful jobs out there. Not sure actually how you're getting this impression.

This question confirms you are overestimating your impact .
Salaries are low because of market conditions. There’s just hundreds of interns available in the market

Lol. Just quantify your impact in$ and how much did you do better than others in org.
If you can do these accurately the org will definitely hire you
