ZOMATO stock 🚀
was looking at the financials of Zomato. It's profit roce etc has been negative consistently still the stock price has been increasing throughout the last year. Have recently started fundamental analysis of stocks and so just Trying to make some sense of it. Can anyone explain in such a scenario what other factors should we look into ?? I see there's about 50%+ holdings in it by FII. What do they look for before investing heavily in such a company ??
Stock market is not a logic based scientific discipline, no amount of theorems/analysis hold true, its all emotions and herd mentality.
The sharks at top know that while the gullible retail investors march thier investmemts to slaughter
Fundamentals works when there's no bull market,
From my observation the crappiest stocks would spike the most in blind rallies and fall like flying knife during bear markets.
fundamentally strong stocks like hdfc move timidly,
like walking elephant.
Great analogy but still there has to be some explanation as to why are fiis investing that much ? Do they also follow herd mentality ?
In my opinion
sab ek flow me rehte hai, no single individual would always risks being different than crowd and then proven wrong, all is honky dory everyone is on the same page. Be it correct or incorrect about a particular company.
It's not like every phenomenon has a proven equation behind it, markets participants are human in the end and every one has similar pysche and irrationality.
fii are not god they also cut losses regularly, a alex sitting on alps knows as much about indian company as much a ramesh from andheri knows about us company
Blinkit is growing strong 💪
Can we see its stats ??
Yeah blinkit will be ebita positive eoy
No logic, only magic. Party till the music is on
A strong improvement in the earnings trajectory was one of the primary reasons triggering higher investor interest
