It's been 4+ years since I am in bangalore, I have lived in multiple areas and it seems pretty common to destroy new roads built for sewage repairs.
Bro u left your hometown for a reason and came to Bangalore, learn to appreciate what the city has given you first

And coming to your question as and when the city expands coz of more and more outsider like you flying into the city every day The requirement for new roads new sewage etc increases , and when the municipality digs in one place they can't keep it isolated from the network be it roads or sewage, and while connecting them there are chances some debris might fall and get blocked or create a bottleneck in one or the other junction and the age old systems which were created even before you and me were born might fall and create chaos
Learn to accept what is there , live and let live
If you still have a problem u can go back to ur native and write an email to your company to allow you to work from there
