Is it really true that the base pay of SDE 2 is around 90 lpa? BASE PAY??? I saw it in this reel by the prominent dev YouTubers.

It was never 90L base pay in India as long as the offer is from Indian company paying in Rs.

But quite possible to get a remote offer from US/Europe startup for that pay

Sde2 don't have nearly that impact for companies to pay that much here

I agree, that makes sense. Now the US, UK, Europe remote jobs don't hire globally. They want people to be present in that country at least.
