Keeping in mind Prioritisation, I will be happy if there is a law on this Fixed 7 percent hike every year No cringe team events, rather giving them holidays whenever needed Insurance can be forwarded from one company and can be extended after employees leave the company Fixed wfh, wfo days in leave portal Per hour salary after 8 hours per day Free access to healthcare and medical Prioritisation of employees before any organisational decision like board change, etc Providing wfh during rainy days 3 month compensation before layoff and genuine ways to part Separate travel allowance apart salary Employees can choose their manager on voting basis Fixed limit of hiring numbers per year and informing people and government on it at the year starting Just made a list based on my experience but open to people to add and comment on opinion
