Ideally, I need a place that is: - **Affordable**: Preferably under 20,000 per month (sharing) - **Location**: Would prefer something in or around Primrose Tower , Block 7B Embassy Tech Village Road, Marathahalli - **Amenities**: Basic amenities are a must (water, electricity, etc.), furnished or semi-furnished is a plus, would like a gym and swimming pool in the complex - **Availability**: Ready to move in by July 2024 If you have any leads or know someone who does, please reach out to me.
