Gen Z and Millennials are too harsh on themselves nowadays. Like literally trying to get 0 figure and following keto n protein diet after getting motivation from some reels of so called fitness influencers!
Covid vaccine impact is still under scan and people are doing so without any supervision.
Few days back I replied to a Q on gv, X was asking like should I cut my calories from 2500 to 600 just to reduce weight.

Adding “gym” to the headline though attract eyeballs but it creates a myth for struggling (health wise) population. I recently saw the impact on ground when elders is circle started questioning my fitness routines. (Mis)Information battle is real.
Balance is the key...even running, badminton or swimming can keep one fit... instead of spending 4h on gym.
Specific muscle toning or shape requires gym... Being fit is achievable without gym also!

Hey ,even though things you mentioned will keep you fit resistance training is must.Resistance training can be bodyweight training,gym etc.I will keep resistance training above everything.Gym is easiest way(beacuse we can track progress using equipments and equipments helps alot)to progress in resistance training thats why most people prefer gym. Resistance training can keep lot of chronic disease and pains away.And yes aesthetics require special kind of training and nothing wrong in that.Getting compliments for you physique can boost you confidence,it can hel you keep your negative thoughts away and lot of mental benifits.So it is not wrong to have goal of aesthetic physique.But yes taking steroids is wrong unless you are competitive bodybuilder.(You will be surprised to know the amount of people who take steroids and don't have good body .It is myth that steroid means great body .It still requires lot of effort on parts of nutrition, training and recovery)
This above case can be caused by genetics,steroids etc.

Read in the newspaper today that another actor(not that well known) passed away due to a heart attack.
Incidentally 4-5 people in my non immediate circles between ages of 30 to 50 passed away due to sudden heart attacks.
